FOOD & FRIENDS
Seniors (55+) are invited to participate in monthly luncheons. Join us and guest speakers to socialize and learn.

MEDWATCH PROGRAM
Get your vital medical information and health care wishes to emergency responders and physicians in emergency situations. We work in partnership with Langley Division of Family Practice to help seniors complete their MedWatch forms and document Advance Care Planning wishes. Call us to arrange for a volunteer visit one on one, or visit medwatch911.ca.

HEALTHY LIVING BAGS
Providing fresh fruit & vegetables
The Healthy Living Bag contains a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Order Deadline: order from the Langley City Recreation website the Thursday prior to delivery. Pick up: in Langley or Aldergrove after 2pm on the 1st Tuesday of every month.

HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL
We also provide meals for those at-risk who are coming home after a stay at our local hospital. This program provides the delivery of 14 free meals, along with the watchful eye of our caring volunteers.
